I am eagerly awaiting the shareholder vote on AQR on the 15th.The warrants have continued to trade between .70 and .80 all week on fairly high volume.

AQR made another SEC filing that is favorable to stockholders. They intend to limit additional share offerings to 250K per year down from the previously stated 700k per year.

This on top of the announced share buyback that will be initiated after the merger is complete.

Based on the fundamentals of JAZZ Semiconductor, the company AQR is acquiring, the shares(currently trading at 5.63) should trade more in the 8 to 10 dollar range depending on what you use for comps.

If tech stages a comeback this year as some predict, then AQR warrants at today's prices could pay off very well.
