The "Slickster" approves sale of advance missle technology to China by Loral. India responds to the Chinese threat by setting off 3 underground explosions. Pakistan responds to the Indian tests by announcing an underground test next month. It's nice to know that the "Commander and Cheat" who was outraged by George Bush's "Most favored nation" treatment of China is now a big supporter of China and willing to allow the sale of technology that will upgrade their nuclear arsenal so that the missles can reach the US. FBI Filegate, WhiteWater, Travel Office Gate, Chinese money, Monica, 6 special prosecutors, Espy, Herman, Babbitt, Brown. Character does not matter as long as I get 20% on my money. We reap what we sow.

Asia down again tonight (slightly). IMO Bank put LEAPS 1/00 will pay royaly.
