what is legal is legal. what is not is no. it's a bull to argue that the High Ground is not pursuing a valid, legal claim. In fact, if this is accurate, then I would argue that the atty general of mo. has a legal duty to challenege whether Ashcroft likes it or not and whether or not it is considered "high ground."
