Hi Aduke, let me use NSTG as an example. quote.yahoo.com Looks like a grand total of $60K per day of trading dollar volume. What is that -- 30 people ? Shit !! I bet Jim or SSP could name half of them. No place to put more that $2K and there's always a chance that you buying shares from one of your chat room buddies who was more than happy to sell them to you ! For some reason, when I think of trading OTCBB stocks in those terms, it makes me very uneasy. Why not just get a group of people together, get everyone to put $500 each into a pile ... and see who has to leave first to go to the bathroom .... and TAKE THEIR MONEY WHEN THEY'RE NOT LOOKING ! Now look at EXDS, ARBA, CMRC. Vrey liquid, small spreads, huge dollar volume. The prices were bouncing of off very convenient even dollar numbers ($2, $3, $4), soooo when it was clear that the NASDAQ was rallying in the afternoon, it was a safe bet that there would be some short covering in the last hour.
