WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 1998--Boston Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCGI) has been named the 5th largest Interactive teleservices agency and the 15th largest Inbound teleservices agency in the nation by Telemarketing(R) & Call Center Solutions(TM) magazine, a leading trade publication.
BCG was named the 5th largest Interactive teleservices agency based on billable long distance service minutes for calls completed through BCG s interactive voice response (IVR) unit without the assistance of a live operator. BCG was also named the 15th largest Inbound teleservices agency based on billable long distance service minutes for inbound calls handled by a live operator. This is the first year BCG has appeared in these rankings. Both rankings were for the period from November of 1996 through October of 1997. All billable minutes are independently verified by the agency s long distance service providers. The full rankings will be published in the April issue of Telemarketing(R) & Call Center Solutions(TM) magazine.
