Chuck,
I think that you are right. But the processes that I see as closer to today are processes that will be developed in some sort of order. First step is to mine, second step is to concentrate all the clusters into one, two or three specific concentrates each having distinct metals in them that are chemically or physically different than the others. Precious or conductor metallics that can be magnetically induced to behave in a certain manner, chemicaly collected groups and possibly flotation cons for certain minerals. The steps from there will be factory like. Plumbing will return the material to the pit or trench. I once worked with a moving highland dredge, the mechanics of the use of labor were too intensive for that method today. We had to change to stationary plant followed by trucking. Trucks or conveyors are still the best methods to move muck. But I see your method coming someday further into the future with technology yet to be developed. I probably won't see that day, but I can see it. Mike
