Nigel- Still no idea how serious the Amersham suit is. A judge's reversal of a jury verdict in yet another suit came just as I was hearing rumors of a "done deal" on the sale of the AI division (makes for quite a fishy smell around the judge's decision). Of course, the market shrugged that one off as well. Biotech stocks in general are looking very healthy for the near term, but I still can't see how this one deserves to go higher in the next few months. Others I like in this area are BGEN, ICOS, and MLNM. SUGN and CLTR are worth a look, too. pg
