Not necessarily......apparently, timid timmy leaked another plan for Citi and the markets are not liking it. This is the same BS we had under Bush. I know this stuff isn't easy but they've had since last fall to come up with a plan. Its a little late to be testing the markets for the best plan IMO.

When the markets are acting as skittish as they are right now, its because they don't know what direction they should be going. By all rights, the shorts should be covering in front of Geithner's speech tomorrow but that leak this afternoon has undermined that tactic. Now the shorts are pushing their luck because they think they can get away with it.
