The attention of the world will be on Costa Rica briefly when President Clinton visits May 7 - 9, go to ticotimes.co.cr Right now RICA is getting its assets audited again, this time by Peat Marwick. RICA also has a new attorney, and I hear a rumor they are developing a relationship with a big financial institution, I don't know who. In other words, they are getting their ducks in a row for the future as a full NASDAQ company, but they've demonstrated they have a lot to learn about being a public company in the USA.
