ed, the salaries and lack of pressure on salaries has to do with the massive change in the "demand skills". The skills required now are informational footprint, not the industrial revolution footprint. the managers who manage managers who manage managers org chart is dead. you need value add skills to make the bucks. allot of people are at the low end on those skills and are paid as such. Can't demand raise since they don't deserve one. prodcutivity is always issue though. Enough advanced ECO theory... it bores me now. I moved out of it to pioneering this in 1972. exchange2000.com I put the last piece in place in 1989 with the invention of ELM.
