Try half a banana, 1/2 cup of milk plus 1/2 cup of soy milk plus a cup of frozen yogurt like strawberry or cherry and blend and add a few ice cubes and blend further. I also like to add a teaspoon of peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon of mutamucil for bulk, and 3 pkts of Equal. You can also throw in some vanilla if you want. Experiment with different flavors etc! Yum.
