feel to criticize if you think i make no sense or am just looking for ways to cut my losses.
when a company makes a profit, how do the shareholders profit?
1. dividend
2. increase in stock price.

now, i understand that apm has had a tough couple of quarters and missed earnings last qtr, however, for the year it still made over $3 per share. the price now in the low 20's is way off its low. granted, the runup to 70 was speculative and will not be seen in the near future, but this company deserves a decent valuation to maximize shareholder value.

as apm has no dividend (that i know of), and as the price is under tremendous pressure, how can the company maximize value.

where is the $3 per share PROFIT going to?

is crisman using it for r&d, for the makeover to mr from tfi or to finance his habit?

i think as shareholders in this company we have a right to know where this profit is being used. shareholder value must be maximized.

we own this company and we should profit as it profits (to some extent)

depressed and broke
