Saudi inventory build was equal to one months supply of Iraq output per news releases.. I do not know if that is modest.. Was it in any inventory reports prior to the announcement? I wonder if any other nations had crude storage in storage off the books. Notice we are back up over $30. tonight. based on journalist speculation war will be months... Now I doubt that. U.S. has control over the oil fields, production to be back in a month or two. Bush imo is down playing success right now in order to be ahead of game when Iraq. surrenders... If he gave a time table and accomplished it on time. Then no political lift only met requirements. but if everyone thinks months and it is weeks .. well ,,,, big political lift,.imo Still think with Nigeria , vz, the barrel of oil is a big question mark come next winter... If Bush can do anything about it I would think it will be down for the election year.
