I don't know where they're getting their remarks from in the following article in the chart: thestreet.com I addressed this issue a couple days ago here: Message 7851395 I'm now wondering if I made a mistake, but since I went to the final prospectus for my info, I don't see where I would have gone astray. The price action sure makes the lock up expiration theory seem correct. I'll re-check. Anaxagoras
