Considerably less than it is currently trading for [$27.50], given its projected earnings [2004/2005] and the patent lawsuit that they've lost, and the flood of insider selling that recently occurred on a false rumor.

And, why apparently off the radar screen of most, the Dell/Good alliance which may kick in soon.
