I'm not a lawyer, but I'll play one on the thread. If ever there was an invitation for a class action lawsuit against a company, this is it! Not that I have much
sympathy for anyone who bought this POS after it was pushed out the door kicking and screaming and being repriced and downside

Err, aren't these people required to read the prospectus (you know, the one that includes all of the dire warnings about what could happen under certain conditions) on the POS before buying it? Or did MSDW forget to give it to them? -g-
