perhaps that is your perspective. it certainly is not mine.

the dot.coms were ridiclulously overpriced to begin with.
the telecoms were not as clear to me and i speculated in a few that did go broke. in hindsight fraudulent large companies were perpetrating a myth with the help of investment bankers/analysts and dragging investors, suppliers, and smaller wannabes down with them. the clecs, and many cell companies were flat out business failures. there have been few biotechs to have gone belly-up and many of them have cash and have figured out ways to conserve cash. there have been success stories and there will be some future ones. and the fda haveing a more benevolent postion towards approvals is going to help.
