I know you guys like to make that claim to deflect attention to the fact that your idiot president has brought it on the country.

But can you explain why the LFPR for 25-54 year olds is dropping? Can you put a positive spin on THAT? When you're talking about that age range dropping substantially over the last 7 years, this is a serious problem. And you cannot spin that positively. There is nothing good about it.

(For the 25-54 age bracket, the indicated drop is precipitous. It is an indication of a serious economic problem that SOMEONE ought to be trying to figure out how to deal with. INCREASING THE COST OF HIRING is not helping; it is the dumbest thing you could possibly do in the face of this problem.
