If it helps the Senior Index, I will admit to having bought some EBSC. Beyond corroborating via Edgar, I touched base with a friend who is a collections attorney in the Elder Beerman geographic area. He told me that he had no personal knowledge of current problems with them. He remembers many cases prior to their bankruptcy.
