Charles, I kind of agree with your points. In fact, it has been a puzzle to me why and how Adaptec can maintain the knid of growth for past 3 years. I quited Adaptec 4 years ago exactly for the same reason you just mentioned. Since I have been proven wrong for 4 years, I am not going to trust my common sense this time. Good Luck
