This may be true now but not true when the company was formed and financed a while back. Hammerdown was one of the first properties (optioned from Noranda) that allowed the founders to promote the stock and sell their paper. One of the reasons there is no promotion behind the company is because nobody that runs the company owns any shares. Promotion is more driven by self interest which is a function of owning a lot of cheap shares. This applied to the Major at one point but not now. The original shareholders and founders used the Hammerdown to create the liquidity to sell their shares to the public, a long time ago. There's no reason to promote the stock now because there's no need to create liquidity to sell into.
