Eric....nothing has changed specifically for AMAT but for the industry that AMAT depend on things have changed.....INTC, LSI, ALTR, ATML, TQNT, SEG, SUNW, etc all missed their numbers....CPQ, TXN, BAY missed their whisper numbers. I think folks are starting to question the earnings potential of tech stocks as we move into 1998. Could a slowdown be in the works.

PS....I jumped into AMAT very cautiously today.....So I would like it to go up tomorrow, but I will continue to present the bear side...someone has to.
