Hi William,

A friend suggested I check out your site so here I am. He did so because he thought we had similar investing styles. While I am primarly into biotech I typically invest based on my three tenants.

F/A= primarly Cash flow & potential including the markets hypish reaction to news events. This requires constant comparison analysis of the next two.

T/A & V/A= A combination of pure charting techniques & interpretations of buying & selling behaviors based on market sentiment.

I too look to buy in three positions. I am very dogged about technicals and I look for clear bottoms. I at times invest in biotech which involves convertible fundings so I have to be prepaired for false bottoms created by M&M's to satisfy SEC lingo & lenders conversion features. Which more often than not are great buying opportunities. Hence a second entry point if needed. Of course sometimes a stock will gap or trend down. This also may result in a second entry point. Finally a stock may start to rally in anticipation of an expected or unexpected event. I may establish a second or third already headged position as a short term position to maximize my performance.

NTII WPNE GLGC MEDX CBST TGEN ARIA....on & on are but a few examples

Unfortunately the biotech sector is overvalued in many instances. So I travel out into other sectors. I just returned to active internet trading ( posting ) in the past month or so after several months away.

I would like to get your input on PCTH...

I see the chart in an interesting state of flux. MACD is about to cross over to the down side. Stokes are bottoming. I initially targeted the stock at around .75 in late December. I am looking for renewed buying interest in anticipation of news. If right the gap down in response to the earnings news was perfect in filling out the T/A's before a return to $1.75 and possibly a spike event. I do understand that a MACD cross-over could represent a dip & a better opportunity. However the buying into the sell-off has me a bit puzzled. Insider buying into the tax sell off in Oct Nov Dec is a real plus.

BEST WISHES
