I'd guess that the recovery from the 14's reflects KEM's brighter future down the road, even though the price remains an outstanding bargain absent a recession. Meanwhile, another nice AVX/KEM spread opportunity presented itself when KEM popped earlier and AVX didn't. My guess is that the KEM premium fades over the coming days and that the 1/2 to 1 1/4 AVX premium returns.
