I'm a Canadian so correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't there a ruling passed last year in the U.S. that you can't pay stock promoters with free shares anymore? Maybe I dreamed up that ruling but I thought that was one of the reasons there are less and less stock promoters on SI. Lola:)
