I suggested it was my opinion. Unlike you, I don't pretend that opinions are facts.

You finally, after posts that merely are critical, give the start of a plan you would implement. It is a good start.

However, given the scope and huge numbers that enter our nation, I believe your plan would be unworkable. The timing issue and resources may not be possible. A month may not be enough to get through a conspiracy. AFter all, look how long it takes for posters to weave a thread here.
