Bush Adm needs to stem tide of outsourcing before they can start slinging any of that offshored ketchup.

Kerry said last night that his first act as Pres would be to reverse the nation's position on U.S. foreign aid not providing birth control in the 3rd world. I would bet a barrel of ketchup that it is Mrs. Heinz/Kerry's first goal, not his. (his Inauguration gift to her--with her wealth, baubles mean nothing).

BTW, I agree with it. I would prefer curtailing all foreign aid, but since that seems impossible, the last thing 3rd world families need are more children when they can barely feed those already born. It's a(n) "bass ackward" policy that Bush enacted on his Inauguration Day. As a Bush2000 voter, I remember feeling betrayed by him with that action on day one.
