I was appalled reading the CountryWide article .....loan officers make a 30K commission bonus for steering clients to the loan that benfits the loan officer. What the heck is that? What kind of business model is that ... sell crap and get a 30K bonus? Shlt no wonder this stuff got so nutty. I never had a 30K bonus in my friggin life.
