TB> misery loves champagne
I jumped into FON and was about to write you a message, "misery loves company" and all that - then the silly thing opens at what, 21? Friday AM (scares the hell outta me) and I bail out later in the day, winning the Dudes' pizza tip profit award for the week (^_^)
We try to maintain at least the illusion that we're trading, not gambling {grin} and, so long as we can pick up the handi and call one another long-DX for free - I think I'll stick with TEL-EQUIP (he says, still holding his battered NT + NOK :)
The question is SOX and stockings: it's difficult for the NAZ to go anywhere for very long without TXN+INTC:AMAT pulling freight; and prolly the same is true for the SnP without WMT+HD:AOL confident consumers stuffing goods and services into their garages post Turkey-Day.
Speaking of turkeys ~ I promise not to rail on about either the GOOSE or, GOOFY ~ irregardless of which fowl wins the election {grin}
But I am quite disappointed with the NAVY. First, they build a one billion dollar capital ship, call it a "destroyer", stuff it into a cheesy hull with one-half inch armor (!) apparently vulnerable to raiders in rubber rafts. Then, after receiving veiled threats, instead of marching down the sea-lanes we are supposed to be protecting, with our flag flying, in a show of force/resolve - Bubba withdraws the fleet.
