Thanks Eric for your work here.
IMHO, SFA investor's should not lose sleep over these lawsuits. Even if they lose these legal gymnastics, then the money and energy used for legal fees and courtroom proceedings will be saved and the payoff will seem like just another cost of doing business: it will not significantly impact SFA earnings.
