If anybody here owns tobacco stocks (and I feel like saying "shame on you" if you do -- but to each his/her own), should be aware of this morning's Supreme Court ruling saying the federal gov't has NO power to regulate tobacco as a DRUG. Unclear what effect that might have on company bottom-lines, since it basically throws the issue back to the states instead of Washington. But might want to keep an eye on developments... Vagabond
