I doubt Cramer knows much of anything about AMD or the rheopheresis procedure that RHEO has been touting. But he ought to have known that the RHEO spin-off from TLCV was an obvious pump & dump scheme.

Maybe he *did* know this and his own pumping was a way to push up the price for hedge funds to short. I wish I could have shorted it myself, but my broker was unable to borrow the shares.
