Well here I am again. NOW another problem. I turned on the Toshiba and the mouse does not work. Neither does the little box where one can do it manually but I cannot because of arthritis. Now, I changed the batteries in the mouse and still everything is frozen.. It was working last night.

I closed the computer and restarted it but still no action.

WHAT THE H*** do I do now. What keys to hit as the computer is useless.... Absolutely useless.

I am on the old computer naturally and asking for help again. I apologize for being such a pest.
