My previous post explains the problem with warmers. They just cannot see the fact of their folly.
I have to be skeptical of the report that says 2014 was the warmest on record. There are too many scientist and industries and politicians with a vested interest in it being so.
It fits the agenda of leftist who seek to further control the USA. Common sense dictates that one be skeptical of anything that supports these three who stand to profit from such a report.
That being said the next question is "SO WHAT". I understand that warmers are saying the most the temp went up is estimated to be .07 of a degree above the last record holder.

. John R. Christy, an atmospheric scientist at the University of Alabama in Huntsville who is known for his skepticism about the seriousness of global warming, pointed out in an interview that 2014 had surpassed the other record-warm years by only a few hundredths of a degree, well within the error margin of global temperature measurements. “Since the end of the 20th century, the temperature hasn’t done much,” Dr. Christy said.

Warmers want to be terrified and panic stricken. There is just no other explanation for their paranoia.
They are climatephobes who seek some evidence to support there religion and ignore anything to the contrary.
This is known as confirmation bias, as I pointed out in the post I reply to.
