Obama WILL make public comments about Cecil. A memorial service for the dead lion isn't out of the question. It'll give an excuse to send someone from the WH there and keep the story in the news.

The networks are already trying to drown out the Planned Baby Butchering for Profit story with Cecil the Lion coverage.
