I believe he also warns of lower revenues in the coming quarter.>>> Tim -- JS was quoted as saying different patents bring in different percentages, some as high as 8 to 10%. I don't believe he ever said 20% and he certainly never said licensing would be 20% of the company nor any other percentage. The most he's said is that they'll cover R& D. As for the lower earnings, again, he's gone on record saying Amati will break even at the end of '97 and be profitable in 1Q '98, which begins Aug. 1, 1997. Hope this helps. Pat
