GlaxoSmithKline that it intends to terminate its fee for service
agreement with PDI. If termination occurs as contemplated, PDI's
projected 2001 consolidated revenue would be reduced by approx $45 mln;
Projected 2001 earnings per share would be reduced by approximately $0.35
to $.40.
