While I read around the boards. I'm seeing a lot of confused traders tonight, I've got Bears now Bulls and I've got Bulls turning Bearish and I've got many screaming "this is not the bottom" and "I demand a retest". This my friends is setting up a base for a tradable rally. While everyone is looking for capitulation, I want to go on record and say I seen some in the US Futures and the World equity markets 2 nights ago after the WCOM scandal news was broke. I get the feeling the reason we didn't get the selling momentum to flow over into the US equities is because we are already down huge over the last 4 months and WCOM was halted and prevented the indicators from hitting extreme readings I also believe there are too many waiting in the shadows with wads of cash looking to buy a September type bottom.
