yes. One of those footnotes after the fact no one ever pays attention to is that are GPT for 98 and 99 was downgraded a point in 2001---typical,imo.
And FED has so many ways of jumbling data, you really never know.
The Fed Model itself is the biggest joke of all.
And the latest productivity numbers are in the main only the result of making those not laid-off to sweat harder--and they still say it is the magic of the "new economy".
