Looking at the short interest chart, short interest increased when the stock was in an uptrend. Short interest decreased some recently with weakness.

When it goes up, more shorting will happen. When it goes down they cover some.

We need the stock to rise with average volume and lure more shorts in. Then we hope for a catalyst that sucks in higher volume, more shorting, higher volume, more shorting, then.........bingo..... some big player creates the short squeeze by moving it up so fast that short sellers capitulate.

Only as guess!!
