I wanted to clarify on the cheque issue - I was the payee. The payor banked at the same financial institution!

I think I made a typo payee/payor.

Also because the bank was the same - the cheque was presented for deposit and cleared through the system. In other words the money left the payor's account and went into my account. The bank verified to me that the funds were available for use. Funds were then released after that confirmation. The cheque was a good fake as it passed the inspection of the banking officials!

Furthermore this machinery was sold (from what I was told) to the payor company. The cheque was made to me In Trust. It was 2 days later that one of the principals of the company was checking his bank and noticed the debit of $143,800 from his bank. The cheque was not a deposit cheque but a petty cash cheque to one of the directors of the payor. The cheque (original) has been produced. PV will say he lost his machinery but I am very skeptical of that position.

I said my problems started with PV. I do not excuse my conduct. I was desperate and suffering from severe depression.

I have been looking at these boards.

I came forward because I was a victim and because my name had been mentioned in this board. I wanted to let investors know of my dealings with PV
