I think that your analysis is very reasonable and I would not disagree.

Just remember, though, that with fast growth Companies like Actrade, things change rapidly. Your analysis must not be static.

Alot has changed with this Company. I may need to revisit
my analysis from my last report dated March 1997. ACRT has again
reached my price targets of $18.50 to $20.

ACRT will be aggressively opening up new offices. How quickly can they do this, how costly will new offices be? What will be the payback and how soon? What will new offices mean for revenues and earnings?

Who are the top people in management. Are there pricing pressures?
Maybe this is a $50 stock, perhaps this is the best price in the short-term, I do not know, especially without learning more about where the company is now.

I am working on it.

I will probably do another update report.
