this maybe true and i agree with u in that part....the main problems of home pc users not backing up their files is based on ignorance....most of them do not really understand the word CRASH based on different scenario, ie. lightning, etc..etc..until it happen to them...by then it is too late.....so i believe that another strategy to get this household users is to educated them the importance of backing up files....the advertisement of zips with their crash insurance theme is i think a well thought out...they just have to air more often especially at prime time hrs so that the majorities of users can watch it.....
