ISSS -- They're annual report doesn't have to come out until late, late, Dec. So we may have a wait before we know why they bought, lol. If we are in the mood for wishful thinking, did the insiders buy almost as soon as their "insider buy/sell" window was open ? Wayne, maybe you can confirm when insiders can buy. One month after the end of the quarter sounds about right to be. Chris
