Could you please explain what you mean with "I find it difficult to believe that he would need Cymer funds to cover."
I don't know whether you know; it is public knowledge that Soros have lost 1-2 Billion on this drop. I suggested that if he indeed owns a large block of stock, he may have liquidated or attempted to do so and
this may have put pressure on the stock.
If he is out of the stock, this may be good news as the block overhanging the market will have been eliminated.
If I knew that was the case,having known the reason for the weakness
in the stock, I would jump in.
But this is all speculation,
