Voices are heard because everyone bitches and complains but no one calls! CALL! IT IS YOUR RIGHT AND WITH PHONE CO'S CARVING EACH OTHER UP IT IS CHEAP! F___ GREENSPAN!" The zoo version was not shy about using the complete "f" word. I thought I would save us the profanity. In any event, it's the thought that counts.
