Curly - off topic

I came across another stock that may be in the early stages of manipulation. It's obscure, the symbol is NTAIF. They make electronic doo dads in mainland China for for some big names. Buy rec from Zweig in Sept. It was (I'm told) the biggest % loser on naz Friday. Reported EPS from core earnings growth of 34% for the quarter, 260% YTD (my calculation) before the open coincident with the issuance of a rights offering for 3 mil shares at 17, 8 below the Friday open. It closed down 5 1/4 at 19 3/4 on big vol.

My question: Would it make sense to unload at least part of the position you had to have to acquire the rights in the run up, short the stock after the issuance, and then cover with the stock acquired from the rights offering?

I value your opinion but please, do not feel no obligated to respond.
