No need to guess, it was a REG S deal. The company doesnt want to disclose this, due to the negative Barrons article about such offerings. There are many more shares outstanding than the company wishes to admit. I expect the stock to inch up, if not delisted, then pull back. With only 2000 units sold this year, a product 4 times the price of Master-Lock, and no negotiations with gun producers, not to mention the REG S deal, sooner or later the stock will sub side.
