Mingo Bay Beverages Appoints L&L Enterprises as Their East Texas Distributor

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Mingo Bay Beverages (OTC Bulletin Board: MGBA - news) announces today that the company has reached an agreement with L&L Enterprises, Tyler, Texas to distribute the entire line of Mingo Bay Beverage products, including bottled water.

L&L will focus on both foodservice and grocery (retail) accounts in the East Texas area. ''Ever since this project started, the majority of inquiries regarding our beverages products have come from Texas,'' said Larry Moses, President of Mingo Bay.

Mingo Bay is a manufacturer of concentrated tea, juice, and bar mixes and also bottles and markets ''Springhouse'' and ''Mingo Bay'' labeled bottled spring water. Additionally, Mingo Bay will market the smokeless cooker, beginning in early 1998.
