Never heard of this story before.
However, it makes sense that both internet and long-distance services activities will merge together in a near future.

As far as I am concerned, PICK's future activity (high speed internet / LD services) is a good example of this approach.

My opinion on the last 2 days:
I am glad the stock stabilizes as I did not see any reason for a major plunge.
The drop in price might be a good opportunity to get a bigger piece of the cake before it breaks the $1 barrier.
